These special wines will be matched with a five-course degustation from Chef Adam Newell and the Union Square Team, made from the freshest locally sourced produce. The food will be paired with Pinots from each winery show casing Pinot Noir from Martinborough, Gladstone and Heritage Vineyards in Masterton.
